Our Approach
We use Grading based eLearning and YouTube Live Coaching, to train Sustainable Society 5.0 City Project teams. The objective is to develop World-Class Expertize for creating and running Sustainable Society 5.0 Smart Cities.
eLearning based training, tested through Quiz, develops uniformly high level of competency. Coaching helps teams to put gained knowledge, into practical implementations.
We conduct a joint diagnostic exercise, over four sessions of two hours each. This exercise is for all CEOs and their Senior Management teams.
We start by creating a Strategic Plan, based on qualitative research - designing the questionnaire, interviewing citizens and stakeholders. The objective is to develop group-wise Citizens', industrialists', businessmen's and other stakeholders requirements.
Next we do a Pre-Project Gap Analysis. Then, track progress, at the end of every week. All CEOs makes an assessment of current situation, in a Question-Answer session with the Consultant. Project Management roadmap is regularly prepared, for each city which is being converted into a Sustainable Society 5.0 Smart City. We use Microsoft Project 365 Plan 5 to manage Multiple City Projects simultaneously.
Simultaneously, we work on the Strategic Hierarchy Plan. The first stage of this is the Strategic Plan. Here, all CEOs, with their Senior Management Team, create their own projects Mission, Vision, Core Values and Culture. Considering above parameters, each team prepares the Strategic Intent. Strategic Intent shows how they will use their available resources, to achieve their shared Mission for their Society 5.0 Smart City. Each Smart City is unique in itself.

we have developed an extensive Randomized Quiz based eLearning Program covers the following 14 Topics, as shown below. Everyone, from the CEO downwards to Cluster Heads, and Members of Cross Functional Teams, will have to do this eLearning program.
